Trionfo Solutions, experienced a significant data breach that reportedly affected a total of 65,787 individuals across the United States (later revised to 90,000 people in class action lawsuit documents).

The breach was discovered on January 2, 2024, when it was found that an unauthorized party had gained access to Trionfo's systems between December 4, 2023, and December 6, 2023. During this time, the unauthorized party may have acquired certain files containing sensitive personal information.

The breach exposed various types of consumer information, including:

• Health Insurance Information
• Date of Birth

The breach was reported to several state attorney general offices, including California on December 4, 2023, Texas on March 11, 2024, and Maine and Massachusetts on May 22, 2024. In Texas, 9,897 individuals were affected, while Maine and Massachusetts reported 22 and 2 affected individuals, respectively.
