Sturdy Health Inc., a nonprofit integrated community health system headquartered at 211 Park St. in Attleboro, Massachusetts, reported a data breach that affected 1,006 individuals in the United States.

As a full-service health system, Sturdy Health delivers a broad range of medical services across its hospital and outpatient care network. These services include cardiac and pulmonary care, oncology, maternity and OB/GYN services, primary care, surgery, diabetes management, pain management, respiratory care, wound management, occupational health and other specialties.

The breach was disclosed to the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services on June 5, 2026.

Although the specific types of information compromised as a result of the breach remain undisclosed, protected health information, such as medical records, insurance information or prescription information, was involved in the incident.
