
StrataDx, a national diagnostic pathology laboratory headquartered in Lexington, Massachusetts, disclosed a data breach involving sensitive personal information.
The breach was disclosed to the Massachusetts Office of Consumer Affairs and Business Regulation on July 15, 2026, with 84 Massachusetts residents identified as affected. The total number of individuals affected across the United States has not been publicly disclosed.
StrataDx did not share specific details about how the breach occurred, when it was discovered or when the incident took place. As a result, key details about the scope and timeline of the breach remain unknown to the public.
The types of personal information exposed in the breach included Social Security numbers and financial account information.
StrataDx is offering affected individuals 24 months of complimentary credit monitoring and identity restoration services through Epiq's Privacy Solutions ID program.
To enroll, affected individuals should visit Epiq's Privacy Solutions website, click "Activate Account" and enter the activation code included in their notification letter. Each notification letter contains a specific enrollment deadline.
