Pure Haven Data Breach Affects Personal Information

Pure Haven, LLC, a manufacturer and seller of toxin-free personal care and home products, experienced a data breach. On Sept. 5, 2025, an investigation determined that an unauthorized actor may have accessed or acquired sensitive information on Sept. 2, 2025.

A review was completed on Oct. 1, 2025. Pure Haven began notifying affected individuals by mail on Oct. 10, 2025.

This type of cyberattack may have compromised personal information such as names, addresses, email addresses, and payment card information, including expiration date and CVV code. Pure Haven disclosed the breach to the Maine Attorney General's office on Oct. 13, 2025.

Pure Haven's response

Following the discovery of the breach, Pure Haven secured its accounts and initiated an investigation with the help of cybersecurity experts. The company is also offering complimentary credit monitoring and identity protection services to all affected individuals.
