The breach was first made public by Qilin, a ransomware group, on the dark web on Feb. 18, 2026. Qilin claimed to have successfully infiltrated the organization’s systems and obtained confidential data.

The incident was first disclosed to the Massachusetts Office of Consumer Affairs and Business Regulation on March 6, 2026.
