
Navigate, legally known as Minuteman Leasing Co. Inc., disclosed a data breach that may have exposed sensitive personal information.
The company mailed affected consumers notification letters on July 21, 2026. The total number of individuals affected across the United States, including 209 Massachusetts residents.
The notification did not provide specific details about how the breach occurred, when the incident took place or when it was discovered. At this time, information about the nature of the attack or the identity of any threat actors remains undisclosed.
The types of personal information exposed in the breach included full names, addresses, dates of birth, Social Security numbers, driver's licenses and government-issued identification cards.
Navigate is offering affected individuals access to single bureau credit monitoring, a single bureau credit report and a single bureau credit score at no charge for 24 months from the date of enrollment.
The company is also providing proactive fraud assistance to help answer questions or provide support in the event someone becomes a victim of fraud. These services are provided by Cyberscout.
To enroll in the monitoring services, affected individuals can visit the Cyberscout activation page and enter the unique code included in their notification letter. Enrollment must be completed within 90 days of the date of the letter.
Navigate has also set up a dedicated help line at 1-800-405-6108 for individuals who have questions about the incident or need assistance from a fraud specialist. The help line is available between 8 a.m. and 8 p.m. Eastern time, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. The help line will be available for 90 days from the date of the notification letter.
