Little Flower Data Breach Exposes Health Information and SSNs

Little Flower Children and Family Services, a nationally accredited nonprofit that supports children, families and adults with developmental disabilities, disclosed a data breach involving unauthorized access to its computer network.

On March 20, 2026, Little Flower Children and Family Services detected unusual activity on its network and launched an investigation. The investigation determined that an unauthorized party had gained access to certain information stored on the organization's network between March 12, 2026, and March 20, 2026.

The organization stated it was conducting a comprehensive review of the contents of the affected data. The purpose of the review was to determine the specific types of information involved and to identify the individuals whose records may have been compromised. The review remains ongoing.

The range of information potentially exposed included names, addresses, phone numbers, email addresses, Social Security numbers, driver's license or state ID numbers, taxpayer ID numbers, passport numbers, financial account information, payment card information, digital signatures, biometric data, dates of birth, medical treatment or diagnosis information, prescription information, dates of service, patient ID numbers, provider names, patient account numbers, medical record numbers, Medicare or Medicaid numbers, health insurance information and treatment cost information.

The organization encouraged potentially affected individuals to remain vigilant against incidents of identity theft and fraud by regularly monitoring their financial accounts and credit reports for any suspicious activity.
