Lucky Lady Casino Data Breach Exposes Sensitive Personal and Health Information

Larry Flynt's Lucky Lady Casino, a licensed cardroom in Gardena, California, operated by Casino LLC, disclosed a data breach involving unauthorized access to its computer network in May 2025. The total number of individuals affected across the United States has not been disclosed.

Casino LLC identified unauthorized activity on certain systems within its computer network on or about May 19, 2025. The company contained the activity and launched an investigation with the support of third-party cybersecurity specialists.

The investigation determined that an unauthorized actor gained access to certain systems and servers within the casino's network between May 14, 2025, and May 18, 2025. During that time, the actor removed certain information stored within those systems.

Casino LLC then worked with third-party data review specialists to determine what information was present within the affected files and which individuals were impacted.

The types of information exposed varied by individual but may include names, dates of birth, driver's license or state ID numbers, Social Security numbers, passport numbers and health insurance information.
The breach was reported to the attorneys general of California, Maine and Vermont. The company began notifying affected consumers by written letter on June 10, 2026.

Casino LLC is offering complimentary identity monitoring services to affected individuals. Enrollment instructions were included with the written notification letters sent to consumers.

The company is also providing affected individuals with guidance on how to protect against identity theft and fraud. According to the notification, this includes information on how to place fraud alerts and credit freezes, obtain free credit reports, monitor financial accounts for suspicious activity, and report suspected identity theft to the Federal Trade Commission or state attorneys general.
