Fintech Holdco LLC, a Tampa-based financial technology holding company, disclosed a data breach that may have affected consumers' personal information.

The breach was disclosed to the Massachusetts Office of Consumer Affairs and Business Regulation on June 5, 2026, impacting 58 residents.

Fintech Holdco discovered a data security incident that may have affected the personal information of certain individuals. The notification letter did not include details about when the breach occurred or when it was first discovered.

The personal information exposed in the breach included Social Security numbers.

Fintech Holdco's response to the breach

Fintech Holdco is offering affected individuals 24 months of free credit monitoring services. The company is also providing proactive fraud assistance to help individuals who have questions or who become victims of fraud.

To enroll in the free credit monitoring, affected individuals must use their unique enrollment code and sign up within 90 days of the letter's date. The enrollment process requires an internet connection and an email account.

Fintech Holdco has also established a dedicated phone line for individuals with questions about the incident. The phone line is available Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Central Time, excluding major U.S. holidays.
