On Oct. 8, 2025, Campbell Lutyens & Co. Inc., a global financial services advisory firm, disclosed a data breach to the Massachusetts Attorney General’s office. According to the report, the cybersecurity incident compromised personally identifiable information (PII).
Exposed information may include names, contact information, dates of birth, Social Security numbers, driver's license numbers, health insurance information and financial account information. The total number of affected individuals has not been released but may include current and former clients and employees.
Detailed information about the company’s internal response is not yet available. Campbell Lutyens & Co. will work to identify affected individuals and notify them by mail. The company will issue required state and federal disclosures, and may also offer free credit monitoring services to people whose Social Security numbers were compromised.
