Arena Americas Data Breach Impacts Personal Information: SSNs Exposed

Arena Americas, a U.S.-based event rental and temporary-structure company headquartered in Oak Creek, Wisconsin, disclosed a data breach that may have exposed sensitive personal information of consumers.

Founded in 1964, the company provides tents, clearspan structures, seating, flooring, lighting and other temporary event infrastructure for occasions ranging from weddings to major corporate and sporting events. Arena Americas is part of the Arena Group and has additional offices in Orlando, South Kearny and Glendale Heights.

According to the notification letter sent to affected individuals, Arena Americas experienced a data security incident that may have involved personal information in the company's possession. The letter did not specify when the incident occurred or how it was discovered.

The types of information potentially exposed included names, Social Security numbers, driver's license numbers, financial information (such as account numbers and credit or debit card numbers) and health insurance information.

At this time, the incident has impacted at least 731 Texas residents and four Massachusetts residents. Arena Americas began notifying affected consumers by U.S. mail on Aug. 27, 2026.

Arena Americas' response to the breach

Arena Americas is offering 24 months of free single-bureau credit monitoring, credit report and credit score services through Cyberscout, a TransUnion company.

To enroll in these services, affected individuals should visit the Cyberscout activation page and follow the instructions provided. Each notification letter contains a unique code that must be entered to receive the services. Individuals must enroll within 90 days of the date of their letter.

In addition to credit monitoring, Arena Americas is providing proactive fraud assistance to help with questions or in the event an individual becomes a victim of fraud. For questions about the incident, consumers can call 1-877-344-3486. The call center is available Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. Eastern, excluding U.S. holidays.
