Amicus Solutions Inc., an IT and technology services company founded in 2008 and doing business as Fedora Solutions, disclosed a data breach involving a wide range of sensitive personal, financial and health information.

The breach was disclosed to the Massachusetts Office of Consumer Affairs and Business Regulation on June 4, 2026. The total number of individuals affected across the United States has not been publicly reported.

The company first became aware of suspicious activity on its network on or around April 2, 2026. An investigation revealed that unauthorized access had occured between February 2 and February 18, 2026.

The breach compromised both personally identifiable information and protected health information as first and last name, email address, phone number, date of birth, gender, Social Security number, medical data and health insurance information.

Amicus Solutions' response to the breach

Amicus Solutions is offering affected individuals 24 months of complimentary identity protection services provided by Cyberscout. Individuals must enroll within 90 days of the date on their notification letter.

Individuals with any questions or concerns regarding the breach can call the company's assistance line at 1-800-405-6108. The line is available Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. Eastern Time, excluding major U.S. holidays.
